About Yamanashi and Hope Garden 

Yamanashi Prefecture is the number one grape producing prefecture in all of Japan.

The abundant sunshine, temperature differences between night and day, and pure waters from Mount Fuji, and of course the passionate and skillful farmers with their long history of grape making all make the perfect fruits.

Hope Garden is situated in Fuefuki City of Yamanashi Prefecture.  The farm is run by a young, dedicated couple by the name of Aoki - meaning 'Green Trees'! (Literally 'ao' means blue, but blue in Japanese also refers to greenery)

Fuefuki is famous for peaches and grapes, both of which the Aoki's produce.  

About the Juice

Made from 100% Muscat Bailey A grapes from Hope Garden.

No Concentrate, no additives or sugar.  Straight from the vineyard, please enjoy!

The Muscat Bailey A grape is a variety native to Japan, with black skin, used also to make wine in Japan.

After harvest, it is frozen and matured for 2 months, before squeezing into straight juice.  Fragrantly sweet in flavor with a slight tang.  Loads of polyphenol!

Suggestions

Enjoy cold with or without ice, or hot during the cooler months.
