Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us for confirmation.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Domestic Shipping & International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Taste of Satsuma is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 16 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How long does it take after shipping to complete delivery?
International shipping will be completed according to the following items after shipping.

• EMS: 5 to 7 Days
• e-packet and SAL: 7 to 14 Days
• Post Percel-Surface: 1 month
