The authentic beef stew is so soft that it crumbles with chopsticks. With the jiggly texture peculiar to the shin meat, it becomes a superb dish.
It's in a retort pouch that can be stored at room temperature, so it's convenient to stock up.

What is Koshu Wine Beef?
Koshu wine beef is a high-quality beef that is fed grape lees (wine lees) produced in the process of making wine, a specialty of Yamanashi Prefecture.
Wine lees contain a large amount of high-quality fiber, and the components contained in the skin of grapes improve the quality of the meat, resulting in beef that is finely textured and slightly sweet.

It's a quick and easy product that takes only 3 minutes in the microwave, so you can of course enjoy it as it is, but you can also top it with fresh cream or sour cream, or with herbs such as Italian parsley or dill. It goes very well with red wine and baguettes.
