Enjoy hot or cold!
Easily turns Japanese sake and wine into flavorful cocktails!

The sweet and sour scent of Ume (Japanese plum), the faint sweetness of sake and wine, and the flavor of dried fruits are added to create a fruity finish.
Both types use cinnamon sticks, lemongrass, and Koume (small Ume).
The fruits after drinking the cocktail are also delicious, but the crunchy texture of the Koume accentuates the taste even more. Please enjoy it till the end!

If you feel like drinking a cold cocktail, let it steep for a few hours, and if you feel like having a hot cocktail, pour hot wine on it.
The remaining Koume and fruits are also delicious with plenty of wine and spices soaked in.

How to make a delicious cocktail
■How to make a cold cocktail
1. Pour about 140ml of sake or wine into the bottle.
2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
3. When the sugar dissolves, a delicious cocktail is ready!

■How to make a hot cocktail
1. Warm up about 140ml of sake or wine. (For about 2 minutes in a microwave oven at 500W, until it starts bubbling.)
2. Pour 1 into the bottle, and when the sugar dissolves, a delicious hot cocktail is ready!

※Please do not warm the bottle.
★If you like dry taste, reduce the amount of sugar cubes.
★If you like it sweeter, add some sweetness.
★After the first drink, add some sweetness and enjoy the second drink.
