Homemade Ume pickle mix
A special pickle mix made from a blend of Ume (Japanese plums), herbs and spices.
Add your favorite vegetables and enjoy!

How to make
1. Add vinegar up to the line on the label
2. Add water up to the line on the label
3. Cover and shake well to dissolve the sugar
4. Cut your favorite vegetables such as radish, celery, and carrots and fill the jar to the brim.
5. Cover and leave overnight in the refrigerator
(If you like, add sugar, salt, etc.)
